I truly dread going to the dentist. Dr Porter and his dental hygienist, Abby, made my visit almost enjoyable 😊. And Dr Porter took a lot of time to explain my X-rays and answer my questions.

We love Portal Dental. The staff are great! They get us in right on time and have been so accommodating to my kids! I also believe there recommendations on care are up to date with the best evidence based practice and research. They care! Thankful that we have them right here in Hot Springs!

I had the absolute best experience at Porter Dental today! I have extreme dental anxiety and as an adult that has neglected my teeth for the better part of my adult life, I was a nervous wreck going in. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door with the sweet receptionist and it didn’t stop there. The dental assistant (Kay) talked me through everything she was doing and was just so friendly. Dr. Porter was very understanding of my anxiety and again talked me through every step. I really can’t say enough about how positive my experience was and how friendly the entire staff was.

The receptionist was very helpful and courteous in helping me and my companion into the office. Cara was very professional and friendly and pointed out some good suggestions for dental care. As usual, Dr. Lance was cheerful and professional in his diagnosis of no dental problems for which I am grateful. Thank you to all the staff. Kathleen Witchger
