I only wish I’d found them sooner! Dr Porter has gone above and beyond with me as a new patient seeking out a dental implant/prosthesis plan. Because it’s a 3 hour drive to see him, he has really gone the extra mile to make himself available to me via phone for questions and so much more. The entire team was so kind and helpful with confusing insurance and taking time to call me to make sure we were on same page. They work hand-in-hand with Dr praetzel who has been my oral surgeon for years. They have been fantastic! Thank you Dr porter.

Each time that I bring in my father for his appointments, the staff is so friendly and professional.

From the moment you enter the front door you will have a pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly then I’m met by my hygienist, Stephenie (she is awesome).Dr Lance exams me after Stephanie. When I once had a cavity I want you to know that the injection of local anesthetic did NOT hurt. I’ve been a nurse for 52 years so I know a thing or two about injections. I recommend Dr Lance without reservation!!! He’s AWESOME and his office staff is great. They are prompt, you can tell they care and give it their all.

Dr.Porter is a very good Dentist and is staff was very sweet and explained all the way through my visit I would sure give him a 5 Star that is far sure And I will be back soon for some more to do.

I finally found my exceptional awesome dentist! What an improvement with my last extraction! State of the art technology, great environment! Dr. Warren had compassion, knowledge, wonderful customer service manners and it was less painless than my last experience at another dentist. He is 8 stars ! They just gained another client!

I truly dread going to the dentist. Dr Porter and his dental hygienist, Abby, made my visit almost enjoyable 😊. And Dr Porter took a lot of time to explain my X-rays and answer my questions.

We love Portal Dental. The staff are great! They get us in right on time and have been so accommodating to my kids! I also believe there recommendations on care are up to date with the best evidence based practice and research. They care! Thankful that we have them right here in Hot Springs!
