I appreciated the honesty about my up coming dental work as well as the different financial possibilities depending on the course of action necessary for my dental work. It was a good or bad situation.

I cannot thank Dr. Porter and his incredible team enough for the kindness and expert care they provided to my son, who has severe autism. We first met them at Dr. Praetzel’s office when an unexpected accident left my son with three broken front teeth, and our search for an accommodating adult dental practice seemed hopeless. In an extraordinary act of compassion, his oral surgeon reached out to Dr. Porter, his personal dentist, to help us when we had almost given up hope. Over the past year, Dr. Porter and his staff went above and beyond. They coordinated with Dr. Praetzel’s office to create a calm, patient-focused environment so my son could be treated under full sedation. From the very beginning, they made it clear they cared by asking about his specific triggers and by genuinely connecting with him at every turn. Their approach transformed a long and challenging process into a positive and engaging experience, making each visit fun and stress-free. Yesterday we completed his restoration at Dr. Porter’s clinic and, for the first time in a long while, I witnessed my son beam with a smile that lit up the room. His smile is now more beautiful than ever and serves as a testament to the meticulous and loving work of the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend Porter Dental Clinic for anyone in need of dental care, especially if you are looking for a team that truly understands and caters to special needs. Their professional expertise and heartfelt approach have not only restored my son’s smile but also given our family renewed hope and gratitude.
