I had my initial appointment with Porter Dental Health Clinic yesterday for initial exam and x-rays to establish a treatment plan for my care. I cannot say how surprised I was to to be greeted in a clean, well presented office with first, a very caring receptionist with her pointing out all the areas of concern such as restrooms, water, coffee, refreshment corner and assured me that she was there to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The experience was caring, organized, professional, and very comfortable from the introduction to the exit. The whole staff was kind and knew their particular role and how to carry that role out in a pleasing and professional manner. The equipment was state of the art for the size of the office and the whole process went like clockwork with everyone explaining in an understandable way what was, and what was to be taken place at, and during each step of the process. The experience was amazingly pleasant and painless and as I said at the outset, professional!. This is how an organization should be ran first, foremost, and always. Way to go PORTER DENTAL!!!
