Every one was very professional and helpful. When I received the history forms to fill out (which I appreciate receiving via mail (snail or e) before the visit), I called the office with a personal glitch. Jane understood and explained how the practice would help me. I was happy from then on. I had a lady new to me, Sandy. She was excellent. She did a thorough probe of all my gums before beginning my cleaning. She did a great job and explained what she was looking at. I was pleased when she made my appointment that it will be with her again in 6 months. The front desk is always very sweet and professional. The Porters and their staff are the most professional, personable and caring dental office I have ever been to (and I've been to several over the years). I feel very lucky to have them looking after my dental needs. I would recommend them to anyone, I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment (and that was probably because I was early), and the doctors are always willing to take extra time if that what it takes for me to understand what work is needed, why it is needed and what my options are. -Donna

There is a night and day difference in visiting your office vs my former dentist! I find I'm nowhere near as anxious about what's going to happen once I get there, and that is reinforced by all your smiling faces and the gentle Christian music playing in the background. Everyone was just awesome, made me feel very comfortable and informed. Karen really went out of her way to explain the procedure and still my fears about injection. Usually this does not bother me, but since it was for the front teeth, I was anxious. She was great as was everyone. Dr. Jack certainly had a way with the injections, that over the years I never feared those. But Dr. Lance did so great, I felt no pain at all, which was very surprising to me. I am so thankful for the Porter Clinic and everyone in it. Connie
