Anita Gray
Anita is one of our Dental Business Assistants. She has been in dentistry since 2001 and joined our practice in 2002. She is usually the first person you see when you come into our office and the first voice you will hear on the phone. Anita is the mother of Cameron and Courtney. She and her husband, Steve, love to spend time watching the Razorbacks.

Jane is one of our Dental Business Assistants. She has been associated with our practice since 1986. She stays busy with church activities and her grandchildren.

Karen Kizer
Karen is one of our Registered Dental Assistants. She has been in dentistry since 1996 and associated with our practice since 2000. She is the mother of two teenage children. Karen graduated from Jessieville High School in 1993. She attends Mt. Tabor Baptist Church where she is very involved with the youth group, team retreats and other activities. She enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with her kids.

Tina is one of our Registered Dental Assistants. She has been in dentistry and in our practice for over 20 years. Tina is a 1982 Lake Hamilton High School graduate. She has been happily married to Larry for 26 years. They have two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Lori and a sweet dog, Jack. She and her family attend Hot Springs Baptist Church. She enjoys exercising and spending time with her family.

Virginia Weise
Virginia is one of our Registered Dental Assistants. She has been in dentistry since 1977 and associated with our practice since 2005. She and her family moved from Oregon to Arkansas in 1992. Her family includes husband, Harlan, children, Justin and Jennifer and one spoiled cat. When not working she enjoys being outside.

Debbie DeLee
Debbie has been a Registered Dental Hygienist in our office for 18 years. She has been a hygienist for 38 years. Debbie has been married to Ray for 38 years and has two grown children, one granddaughter and grandson on the way. In her spare time she enjoys being her church librarian, being President of the Garland County Single Scholarship Committee, gardening and spending time on the lake with her family.

Jan is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from UAMS in 1985 and joined our office in 2010. She relocated to Hot Springs from DeWitt. Her family includes one son, Sam, and a dog named Charley.

Sandy is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been in dentistry since 1978, graduated from UAMS School of Hygiene in 1982, and joined our team in 2010. She and her husband, Brady, have two grown children and 2 grandsons. Sandy is active in her church and enjoys music, travel, fishing and quality time with friends and family.
