Financial Policies

The following guidelines were created after careful deliberation and are necessary if a good doctor-patient relationship is to be maintained. Please let the Business Assistant know if you have any questions regarding these guidelines. To avoid misunderstandings, we invite you to discuss your financial arrangements early.

Payment in full is due the day treatment begins by cash, check, or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
A 5% discount is offered for treatment over $500.00 when payment is made by cash or check (no credit cards) the day treatment begins.
If extended payment arrangements are needed, 0% financing for six months my be available to those who apply and qualify through a third-party finance company. This applies to treatment over $500.00. Applications are handled through our office prior to scheduling the treatment.

If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to submit claims for you after you have provided us with the necessary insurance information. However, our professional services are rendered to you, not your insurance company. Therefore, you are personally responsible for he entire balance that insurance does not cover.
